Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a specific processing period based on the individual product.

Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the products you ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
